Posting here for traffic. We are considering buying a retirement flat in the above property. It was built by McCarthy and Stone in the late 1990's but they sold the lease on to First Port, who currently run the building. I've read conflicting reports about how bad they are as a management company, so I wondered (long shot) if anyone on here actually lives there, or knows someone who does, and who wouldn't mind telling me how they feel about the management of the building?

Hi, I can’t help with your question as i don’t know anyone whose lived at st aldhelms court. But if you use Facebook there’s a couple of local groups you could ask the question, I’m someone will be able to help you. They’re called ‘Swanage matters’ or ‘Swanage’.
