Came across a ‘brand’ on Facebook, looks like women’s fashion. No idea if it’s a popular brand but after a few seconds of browsing I realised I wasn’t the target audience but before I exited I notice a DIAMANTÉ PISTOL clutch bags. AIBU to think at best this is extremely trashy and tasteless and at worst couldn’t be glamourising gun violence anymore if they tried.

I feel like I must be missing something here and hoping there is a reasonable explanation.
How can anyone working for a brand come up with this and worse than that, they actually end up being produced.

Is this what they think young women should be aspiring too, carrying a diamanté gun around with their lipstick in?

Whilst I do agree with you in principle OP, I feel that since I have worn coffin necklaces, skull earrings and lusted after a cleaver handbag for Halloween, I get no room to judge.

I didn't buy it. My black heart shaped crossbody bag is still going strong a decade after the production has been discontinued.

I mean it’s not for me, but I don’t have an issue with it.
