To ask how to fix car scratches on a wall

My Tenant's cat has scratched the whole of one wall, obviously she's let it use it as a scratching post and they're all the way up to the top. It's wallpapered but the marks have gone through to underneath the wallpaper as a result. Aside from re-papering, how can I fix it? Ronseal?

Repapering is probably the only option, not sure how you can patch/fill wallpaper?

I have the same problem, my cat ignored its very nice scratching post and scratching mat and has shredded the wallpaper instead, it even climbed on the table to get to an area it couldn't reach from floor level!
I've tried sticking the torn edges back down which has worked in some areas but in others he has really gone to town and ripped the paper off the wall. Little horror. I'm going to have to strip the walls and redecorate, probably just with paint!🐱
