To think not much can be done about PMS?

I'll be starting ivf again in 6 months so not keen on the coil, etc. Every month I feel tired, angry, sore, slightly nauseated, heart burn. It's not horrendous like people with PMDD for example it just really throws me out for 1 week out of 4.
I exercise every day, eat well, get enough sleep, mediate, etc. But there is no actual relief is there? Waiting for menopause?
Maybe after ivf or children the coil might help?

Maybe it's the western medical model of health care I just think surely someone's figured this out by now. When evolutionary function does it serve anyway?!

Hey :) this might not be for you, and its not cheap, but you could try acupuncture. Ive been going for fertility generally but as a by-product my boobs are less sore (or not at all!) My mind and emotions are...calmer? Or less chaotic anyway, and I've found its really helped. X

Worth a shot I guess.

A combination of anti depressants and the pill have been a god send for my PMS. Since taking this combination, I no longer feel on that rollercoaster of emotions and symptoms every month.
