Wobbly stomach walking bs exercise bike

I have a big wobbly stomach. I have an exercise bike or could walk. Yes ‘and’ too but is the jury out on which gets rid of stomach fat faster and how long will it take?! Please help I’m so sick of mushrooming out of the pants I can’t even close.

It’s diet and losing the weight (fat) that has most effect for me.
I used to do Hiit, running & yoga 6 days a week but still had wobble!

Suddenly I was unable to exercise & so I started logging my calories on My Fitness Pal, sticking to my calorie target, I got down to the lower end of my BMI & the wobble vanished.

Obviously either won't help unless you have a good diet. You can't out exercise a bad diet.

Cutting down on sugar and alcohol helped me lose the belly.

I think I can almost not believe the wobble goes away I’ve looked like dough for so long. Thanks for the replies. Is my fitness pal easy to use?
