To think Claudia Winkleman ties her hair back at home?

I just saw a picture of her on the cover of a magazine with her Fringe too long and in her eyes.

I bet anything she wears an Alice band in the house or garden or anywhere she's not "seen". The Fringe has become a USP or trademark.

It would drive me nuts!

I've seen her on many programmes/adverts and I really don't know how she sees clearly. Her fringe must brush her eyeballs!

It would drive me mad, but, I suppose, each to their own.

Pucarbuile · 21/08/2021 18:00

It would drive me banana but she rocks it. Claudia is my spirit animal.

Oblomov21 · 21/08/2021 18:01

Her fringe has always been like that!

MsIreneWinters · 21/08/2021 18:02

It makes my eyes hurt to watch her!

Badgersmummy25 · 21/08/2021 18:03

I have seen her out shopping a few times around where I live and her fringe is always down around her eyes like on TV. Have no idea how she can handle it!

Toddlerteaplease · 21/08/2021 19:58

No way does she use head and shoulders. I loathe those adverts!

BettyOBarley · 21/08/2021 19:59

It would drive me crazy! I remember her saying she's got really really bad eyesight as well, I'm surprised she can see a thing!

FlumpsAreShit · 21/08/2021 20:00

I find it annoying to look at, can't imagine having it! YANBU

WhenISnappedAndFarted · 21/08/2021 20:01

I used to have a fringe that long - used to drive me mad. It didn't last long that length

UthredofBattenberg · 21/08/2021 20:06

I thought similar when I saw the H&S advert recently. Its her trademark etc, but I thought how is that not doing her head in!?

It really must touch her eyeballs. I'd give it 20 seconds before I'd take a clip or alice band to itGrin

NeverTalkToStrangers · 21/08/2021 20:10

I’ve bumped into her on the school run and she had it down. Speaking as a lifelong fringe owner I think if you’re used to having it you don’t really “see” the fringe.

NoiceDifferentUnusual · 21/08/2021 20:10

Definitely. I have a fringe that I can’t be bothered to grow out, and I clip it back indoors.

TwoLeftSocksWithHoles · 21/08/2021 20:20

English sheep dogs seem to manage OK. Although I have seen them scrutinising paint charts and looking a bit puzzled.

pastabest · 21/08/2021 20:24

Google pictures of her with no make up. She looks completely different (still perfectly nice) but she uses her hair and make up as an image. I imagine she can go fairly incognito without make up and her hair pulled back.

I love her hair though.

Staffy1 · 21/08/2021 21:04

Rachel Johnson has a similarly annoying fringe. And someone else I can’t remember that was a loose women presenter years ago, her hair moved every time she blinked, which must be so uncomfortable. It was certainly uncomfortable to watch.

Ipanemama · 21/08/2021 21:09

I don’t know but I’m missing her on radio 2. Come back Claude.
