Have two daughters aged 18&20 , one is size 6/8 the other 18/20 . Went shopping yesterday the bigger daughter couldn’t really find anything that fitted and then didn’t 2 hrs crying at home , how can I persuade her to lose weight . She says she is unhappy about her weight and I said it’s complicated but you make your self happy or not you really need to working on your happiness . She eats a lot of crisps and won’t come to gym as her knees hurt .

I have an overweight one - what can you do?
He is not naturally skinny, he needs to eat less and exercise more…same as me.
Unfortunately DS2 and DD have the skinny genes.

And when I say same as me I mean that that’s what I do, I can’t eat too much crap and I need to exercise regularly to stay a healthy weight.
