Update on landlord who sent hundreds of messages

Back in March i posted a aibu on a landlord who I felt was harrassing me regarding a previous tenancy. I was harangued by a huge amount of angry people as I dared to question his behaviour. I was in his house ffs! I took the post down as I was so upset by the vicious comments. I have now been informed he is being charged with a criminal offence. My vulnerable daughter and I can now sleep again. Thank you to those who privately messaged me.

That's great to hear, I can't understand why some people on here feel the need to be so bitchy though, only you know what your life is like. All the best for the future for you and dd.

Long name frangipani so i will just say the Suzie Lamplugh trust helped us. If he comes near our home again he will be at the pleasure of her majesty!

I hadn't posted for 10+ years, thought it was all Boden and nappy cream! Jesus, Mary and Joseph. I was a harpy, a chancer he was entitled to evict me (no he wasn't). Big pro landlord, tenant scum. He was an absolute fruitcake.
Thankfully my neighbour spotted him lurking around our new home and photographed him. I love the net curtain twitching from here on in!

This place can be amazing but unfortunately can also be a vicious echo chamber at times.

I remember this thread but I thought most messages were in support of you OP and saying the landlord was harassing you? I left a comment saying that (under a different name). I didn’t follow it though so maybe I missed the horrible messages if they came later. I’m glad you got it sorted now

Thank you, there were messages of support but at least a dozen that became personal. I just wanted to update as when someone is harrassing and stalking you, you may doubt yourself. Another night of sleep. Hoorah.
