My underarms stink - help

Used my usual hair removal cream last night. Left it on usual time ( 10 mins). OMG. My arms are so red and sore! I can't bear anything at all on them. Tried to just wash them in clean cool water but they still ( to me ,) stink of B.O. it's been 24 hours now and they're I tiny bit less painful but still insanely sore. What can I do to stop stinking as obviously I'm not going to use deodorant until everything has calmed down.

Baby talc . Soft tissues to sooth arms from any damp skin / irratation ?

Sudacreme overnight might help them to calm down?

Aloe vera gel. Let it dry with your arms up if possible.

If you have any of the yellow metonium cream that’s really soothing

The smell I think comes from bacteria so maybe try a soft cloth with a gentle soap (baby shampoo?). Aloe or a burn cream will help

Bathe them briefly in Very diluted soap and cool water.

I wax my underarms and they can be a bit raw afterwards for a day or two. I use sudocreme on the evenings to soothe them and baby powder in the day as a deodorant and to avoid chafing.
