To wonder if a spatone has left me with non stop diarrhoea?

Sorry for post but just wondered if anyone can tell me if it has the same effect on them. Been taking for a week or so. Noticed my tummy was a little bit upset but now I’m having the most awful diarrhoea. Stopped taking 2 days ago but it still persists.

Anyone or just me?

Iron supplements give me diarrhoea too.

It should ease off once it’s out of your system.

Spa tone is pretty gentle, it's the only iron that doesn't upset my tummy. Maybe ask your pharmacist?

Iron supplements generally can mess up your digestion. I’ve never personally had trouble with spatone as it’s very gentle, but maybe try a different brand and see if you get on better with it.

As pp have said, it’s very unlikely because it’s so gentle. I’ve never had any issues with it
