I ordered sofas in April.
Estimated delivery - July.
July comes and goes and my tracking info has quietly changed to the beginning of August.
I get a phone call telling me my sofa is 'missing'. It was expected on the container blah blah and someone will call me. Two weeks go by, no call. I message them and they say they don't know why I was told that, it's not true, it's just delayed.
I get a phone call to say my sofas are here and to arrange delivery. Less than half an hour later the same woman phones back. Apparently the sofas are at the port and everyone has covid so they can't be brought up here. Now my tracking has yet again moved to an estimated delivery date in September and my sofas are back to being lovingly handcrafted by their talented craftsmen and women.

I've had several estimated delivery dates, two delivery appointments and my sofas are apparently on some sort of cruise or something.

At this point is it worth telling them to stuff it and give me my money back?

Tell them they’ve got five working days to get your sofa delivered or you will demand a full refund, plus interest on any deposit/ money you have given them. Keep a note of what excuses they have made, promised delivery dates etc.
Considering they claim to make nearly all of their sofas in the UK, what is it doing in a container at a port?
Don’t let them fob you off with excuses - five months is more than enough to wait.

My dad had this problem. I contacted them on twitter and it was sorted very quickly. They rang him straight away too.

Yep publicly shame them and say ''You have 1 week (or whatever) to deliver what I've paid for or give me back my money'' almost half a year...waiting...for a fucking sofaHmm

Thanks.
It's bloody ridiculous.

Yanbu, I was left with nothing to sit on at 8.5 months pregnant because of them and the pallava we went through was awful. Their sofa is lovely now we do have it, however the customer service was rubbish! I think you need to give them an ultimatum, like pp say, 1 week or refund.
