My c section scar opened in 2 places in the shower on Monday night, I've just been to my doctors and he said it looks infected and has given me antibiotics and taken a swab. I went to Tesco and was rushing because my mum had my 14 month old and 6 week old and when I got in the car my foot slipped cos I've got stupid flip flops on and I've broke my toe as it slammed into the brake pedal! 🙄🙄 it's only my 2nd day on my own as my partner went back to work yesterday!

Is it nearly bedtime yet?

Ohhh Flowers bless you!

Take 5 minutes, just to breathe and have a cuppa. You’re doing amazing and we ALL have those days.

This will be me in a few weeks with a 13 month old and a newborn!

It's definitely a challenge! Getting out the house is the hardest bit! It's totally worth it though!

I mean… yeah as far as days go, that’s a bad one! Sorry to hear that OP and hope you’re being looked after.

Sorry you’re injured but please don’t drive in flip flops

NecklessMumster · 18/08/2021 17:49

Oh no! I walked into a glass shop window today thinking it was the way out, lump on eyebrow and damaged my glasses, hopefully makes you feel better Grin

It's really dangerous to drive in flip flops - you had a lucky escape in hindsight.

boymama82 · 18/08/2021 18:27

I won't be ever wearing them again let alone driving in them! 🙄🤣 what a numpty
