Dinner on the balcony

Live in another country, it’s hot where we are. Want to do dinner on the upstairs balcony, it’s quite small but just enough for 3 of us, me, Dp and Dd.
Have put some little lights up, candles…what to cook/serve? Want it all laid out and not to be running to and downstairs
Any ideas?

Maybe a fresh pasta salad (pesto, pine nuts, cooked pasta with a balsamic drizzle and perhaps Parmesan shavings), a nice Caesar salad, cold meats (salami, prosciutto etc) some fresh cut fruit and vegetables with dips (crudités, melons and summer fruits etc) and some french bread with cheeses and a nice butter (Brie, Camembert etc)?
