Mine is that my twin daughters were born at 6 weeks early and had to spend time in NICU.
One of my girls then got very poorly with sepsis at 10 months old and had to spend some time in hospital. My girls were born in the same hospital that we ended up being admitted to (not our local hospital)
It's all over our notes that DT1 is a twin and the nurses got to asking my other DD's name etc etc.
The nurse started laughing, saying that a lady was in the exact same room that I was in with DD1 just a couple of weeks ago with her twins, and they had exactly the same names. Now one of my DT's has a top 20 name but my other DD's name doesn't even come in the top 200.
Even some of the Dr's were getting confused and asking how my other DD was now as she had a heart condition. I had to kindly explain that my other DD was absolutely fine and didn't have a heart condition, they were thinking of the other set of twins with the same names. I think some of them thought I was pulling their leg
