14 days post vaccination -- confused

Looking at travelling to Malta on 24 August which is 15 days post vaccine (had my dose 9am on 9 August, would arrive into Malta 11am 24 August). The rule is "you must have received a full course of vaccination at least 14 days prior to your arrival". Does the day of the vaccine count as part of the 14 days, does anyone know, when calculating days since vaccine? So confused by all this wording... please help if anyone's been abroad this summer!

Assuming you're talking about your second vaccination, I don't see why you're confused. I can't find any way of counting between the 9th and 24th that makes it less than 14 days? Even if you don't count the 9th or 24th (which would be wrong) you still have 14 days. You'll be fine.
