Airbnb question

Posting here for quick response - hopefully.
I've booked an Airbnb flat for a short stay in a couple of weeks.
Owner has messaged, via Airbnb, with exact location, check in and departure times etc.
She has asked for some information - our arrival time, bed configuration preference etc but, try as I might, I don't seem able to reply to her via my messages.
The page will let me type a response, but doesn't give me any way to send the message.
Pressing the 'enter' key on my desktop just wipes the message.
What am I doing wrong wise Mumsnetters?

Did you get an email saying she had sent you a message? Can you reply to that?

That's what I tried but it just doesn't go anywhere - unless it goes to Airbnb first for scrutiny, then gets posted but I responded yesterday x 2 and message still not showing on my messages page.

Done it!
3rd time lucky.
