Someone help me!

Ok I’m maybe being over dramatic.

My son is on antibiotics for an eye infection and I was given an owing note by the pharmacist because they couldn’t give me the full course then and there.

Anyway, I’ve lost the fucking owing note 😣

If I go back to the pharmacist tomorrow they’ll have a record of what was prescribed and how much they gave me and what’s still left to be dispensed and they’ll give me what’s left? It’s barely anything tbh but I’m so angry at myself for not being able to find this fucking slip of paper.

Any pharmacists on here? I’m worried sick (ive got a lot on my mind and this is the last thing I need and I feel like the world’s shittiest mum for not being able to find it)

As you've said the pharmacy have it on their records that the prescription has not been fully dispensed so I wouldn't worry.
I'm sure they've dealt with this sort of thing before and won't withhold the rest of the prescription.
Having lost a bit of paper does not make you the world's shittiest Mum only one who cares.

Yes, I worked in a pharmacy and it will be on your records on the computer system. Please don’t worry.

Please don't worry. We all do shit like this. I set aside my certificates in a 'safe' place only when it came time to scan them and send them off I forgot where I had safely stored them thankfully universities still keep a record of these things so I ordered a new set for £30 and all was well. You should still be able to get the rest of the prescription!
