PLEASE help me with a cleaning schedule for me and DD16

I start college on Monday and DD(16) is back at school. DS is younger so doesn't really do many chores. Single parent.

I have CPTSD and had a breakdown 18 months ago so going to college is a huge step for me. Past houses have been messy and only the minimum done. We've moved into a new flat and I want to keep it nice.

We are in desperate need of a cleaning routine. We split cleaning 50/50 when I was working ft before and will probably do again.

Any help please??

It's a smallish flat but still 3 bedrooms.

Do we need to hoover and mop daily??
I presume toilet, sinks and surfaces daily??
How often to dust, change beds??
Laundry every day??
What about 'random' jobs??
Also have a cat so that's brushing and litter tray often
I do the online shop and about 2/3 of the cooking. All of the home admin and errands, which can take time cause no car. DD does some cooking for herself.

I'd be really grateful for a list of how frequently you do things in your home.

I should add, I've been not working for 18 months and with the CPTSD, just now I just do things little and often throughout the days in short bursts. Some days are bad so I'll take in half a washing at a time or chop half the veg then go back to it. But we need to get back into a routine.

Bleach down the toilet every day. Wash up, dry up and put away straight after dinner (everyone can chip in with this). DS can brush the cat every day. Everyone keeps their own rooms tidy, and puts their own washing away. I dust anything that looks dusty when I notice it, but do a proper dust and hoover on a Saturday morning.
