I’m currently 38 weeks today and since third trimester I’ve been so weak, tired and light headed. I requested a blood test at 37 weeks which came back with HB 118 and Ferritin iron stores 14.
I’ve been on iron tablets for 3 days now but I know that they can take weeks to work but I do not have time. I’m still feeling unwell and I’m so close to my due date. AIBU to call doctor back to ask for a IV iron infusion? Anyone have experience with this?
