Ghosting???

Work with a friend in a school past 7 years together in same class, school holidays now. They not going away. Usually our messages are replied to same day, usually within an hour. We get on very well. No arguing has happened. No back story.

I sent 2 general WhatsApp msgs. First last week was a meme commenting that we only had 4 weeks of holidays left... 2nd sent at 10am today a 10 sec video science experiment that we could never do in school but I sent as a ‘we could do this in class’ said sarcastically.

Nothing in way of replies for either.

Perhaps they are busy, it’s just strange.

Why would you think you’re being ghosted when you work together? They’re hardly going to be able to avoid you!

Maybe she, or one of her family are not well? Could you send her a more personal message OP asking how she and her family are?
