Feeling guilty when I don't visit my mum?

Have posted about her before, she is always moving house and making rash decisions gets to the place then wants to move.

She's been going on and on about moving near to me and OH and the kids. We finally got somewhere for her and did it up really nice and now she hates it and wants to move back to her hometown. She's miserable as sin I normally go round 3-4 times a week and let DS stay over.

But when I last rang her on Tuesday she said she is just so fed up and wants out of the place it's too quiet. So I thought I'm just going to leave her for a bit and not keep ringing her to check on her.

She finally rang me yesterday and she is still
Complaining.

I feel guilty if I don't go and see her because sometimes I just can't be bothered. She made out that she wanted to help out with the kids but never offers to take them or go out with them absolutely NOTHING.

It's just always about her all the time.

AIBU? What do I do
