Omgggggggggg!!!

I am in the middle of booking covid tests for family of 4 before a much needed holiday to Croatia and really need to VENT!

18 months of working & tidying the kitchen 4 times a day with all in the house working and schooling from home and then now the summer holidays I am at my limit and literally crawling to the finish line...

Going via jet 2 Using collinson system and after jumping through the Governments 9 hoops to then use Collinson's test booking system it is so glitchy and have had to put the same information in about 5 times argh!! Esp the passport number!! Have had a right paddy already as in thrown the phone and swearing!!! F*** hill!!

Now because i cant add 2 adults without using the childs lead name i have had to effectively book my daughter in twice and pay for her twice!!! £82.50+£40 over!

The reviews give them 4 1/2 stars but they are glitchy and stressful! Wtaf! I cant take any more hoops, buttons to press or one tiny thing more.
Aibu for losing the plot!!! ???

Realise am v lucky to hope to go away!!!!

I don't understand this bit sorry. But it sounds annoying.

Hope you have a lovely holiday

I booked mine yesterday, is it the day 2 ones? I used randox and didn't need any info just the reference number. I also booked my DD one at the airport and it was quite easy.

Yes, I know what you mean. I’ve had to do this for 2 fit to fly tests each (1 each way) plus our day two tests, plus our day 8s when rules changed while we were away.
Then when you actually do the tests you have to input results, order numbers and passport numbers all over again.
So that’s 48 forms I’ve had to fill in for the 6 of us! Enjoy your holiday, you’ll have earned it Grin

Just a tip for the day 2 tests, we got ours from Randox - all good. Came back from holiday, took tests, packaged them up. Ready to send - only places they can be dropped off are over an hour away (or we could courier them at our own expense, which we weren't able to do as it was a Saturday afternoon).
So my advice would be, to check how convenient the drop off locations are and if necessary do the test once landed and drop them off en route from the airport.
