Is there anyone with an Indian AZ vaccine that has been turned away from Lisbon? We booked to go (a booking from last year) and have had the Indian AZ and I am now worried! According to the news the policy has been scrapped, but I can't seem to find confirmation. We fly on Thursday Confused

You can't get in on vaccination alone, so it's irrelevant. You need a fit to fly test.

You don't have to quarantine on your way back to the UK if you're 2 weeks post 2nd jab, but do need a day 2 PCR test.

Yes but they are asking those that have the indian AZ to isolate for 14 days!! Even with a test (which I have booked)

Oh, yes, sorry, I forgot about that.

I haven't heard an update on that. Hopefully someone else will.

Hopefully. Feel worried now and wonder if we should try and cancel for the third time!! Thanks for the reply

I've had a dig & it it looks like they've agreed to accept, in principle, but doesn't specify a date. What a worry!

Hope you can get an answer ASAP

Thank you for looking - its as clear as mud like everything else! I wouldn't survive 14 days of quarantine!

Not sure at the moment re AZ but the Portuguese Government have announced that double vaccinated can enter without an antigen or PCR test from 7th to 31st August coming from UK

Have a look at the FB page called Safe Communities Portugal. Loads of valuable and up to date info.

Hope that works! Sorry it’s from the 9th August not the 7th. They just announced it this morning.

Did you manage to get to Portugal in the end?
