Please help finding a replacement for child’s toy

Hi, this is probably a long shot but my son lost his comfort toy this week in a premier inn, they haven’t found it so I’m trying to find a replacement as DS is distraught, he had it since he was a baby.
It was a deer shaped small soft rattle with rainbow stripes, it came in a giftset from mothercare in the little bird range. I’ve attached a photo below (if it works) but it was bought around 2013.
Just if anyone could find one for sale or has one I could buy off you I’d be incredibly grateful. We

Just an idea as it's a fairly simple design - could you maybe take some of the little bird fabric to a seamstress and ask them to replicate one?

Think you can get the blankets on eBay which could work if you can find someone who can master a sewing machine

Next have the striped little bird material on some baby clothes that could maybe used to make a new toy or cover a replacement
