Neighbour has a known alcohol problem. I know he's been drinking this afternoon and he's just driven off in the car. There's a good chance that he's over the limit. I've no idea where he's gone but aibu to phone police and report him? What would the police even do if theyve no idea where to find him? Part of me feels like I should mind my own business but then I worry for people he could potentially hurt by drink driving. He has a previous record for this too.
