It is quite clear the idea of safety of the women in women’s prison’s is not in anyway a priority to the American justice department.

This transwoman is a rapist, still has male genitalia, is being sent to prison for said rape, but yet is being allowed in a women’s prison.

I fear for the weaker, more vulnerable inmates.
I’m not sure which I find more abhorrent, what he did or the fact that their justice department are essentially facilitating it happening again.

All of this is seriously getting me down, where is the obvious need for safety and protection of others? Is it just the rights of the trans community which matters now?

He's not going to a women's prison. In Virginia your genitals dictate which prison you go to.

However in this case I think he'll probably go into a mental facility.

Thank goodness, I should have looked into it further. With the case of Karen White in the uk prison, I would hate to see this happen again.
