OK,here for traffic because I don't know what it comes under and need advice about what to do.

(Disclaimer, far more boring than you thought!)

I came out of Tesco on Wednesday to have someone knock on my window. Someone had apparently dinged my car while parking then gone into the shop. There were two lovely witnesses and the nice o I phone the police? S

Sorry if this sounds dim. It was a year to the day since some numpty smacked right into me when I stopped at a zebra crossing - luckily the police happened to be just on the other side of the road this time!

I know it sounds odd but I haven't told dh - he's been really unwell this week.

So,police? Local station by phone? Email? Is there a hotline I don't know about?

Thank you x

Your force will probably have an online reporting portal, however, I know some forces do not investigate non stop road traffic collisions in car parks anymore.

(They do not have the resources to do so sadly. Budget cuts etc, etc)
