AIBU to think it's miserable that the BBC takes all the long kids programs *off* iPlayer during summer holidays?

I'm considering a petition to parliament... the beeb has LOADS of kids material that's at least 45 minutes long. Pantomimes, plays, cbeebies at the proms, that kind of thing. But come the summer holidays and an interminable drag up the M6, what can I download to stick on the laptop for back seat entertainment? 3 minute episodes of Operation Ouch Babies, that's what! There should be a licence payer revolt. We've already funded this stuff, isn't it just miserable that they remove all the long playing material for the youngest kids over the summer? Wish me luck with my cirque-du-soleil style contortions from the passenger seat reaching back to scroll through the menu every 3-15 minutes Sad

Why have they done that?!

If you’ve got Netflix you can download a lot of their content to play offline
