Time and time again I experience rude staff in store, and get no assistance when something goes wrong with an online order. I've been shopping there for 20 years and they get worse all the time. Currently I've a problem with an online order that has gone missing, it's been delivered to a town 200 miles away. They say it's been delivered so won't help at all (other side is Royal Mail who have not been of much help but at least they're courteous).
Is it just me? Has anyone ever got anywhere emailing or posting a letter? They're terrible on their WhatsApp "helpline".
