Anything to worry about?

This appeared yesterday in the crook of my arm. It doesnt disappear when i roll a glass on it.

Anyone seen this before, should i seek further advice?

I agree, plus if anyone does think that it's something serious (I really have no idea, so please don't take this comment of indication of anything) they're probably not going to say, as it doesn't seem to be the done thing on here.

I've seen a couple of posts of the 'what do you think this looks like, please reassure me that it's nothing' variety and my first thought was 'well that happened to a relative of mine and they were dead within a year' because that was what happened, but it was clearly inappropriate to post that.
