To think that company directors who actively profiteer from drugs they supply to the NHS should face criminal charges

As a result of their strategy, patients have gone without the medication they needed or paid out unnecessarily high costs from their own pockets. And the extra cost to the NHS could have been spent on other things. Yet, the directors who are responsible for this will not face criminal charges as it is not currently against the law to do this and so, while the companies involved were fined, the directors face no personal penalties.

YANBU = law should be changed to hold company directors doing this criminally responsible
YABU = it's enough for the companies to be fined. No need to punish the directors.
