Hello all
I have just moved to a newer area and sort of countryside .We use to live in the city and we had lots of social life .My kid is a single child and we altough lived in a cramped up place but had lots of friends to meet around and kid has constant social interaction with neighbours kids and other school frds .Life was good but we cant afford a good house there .So for schools and having a big house we shifted to countryside .Total english people and I am immigrant .The city cukture was mixed .Very quite area and I dont know anyone around here .Hubby has few frds but I cant call him there since we are just have shifted .
My child sounds so depressed each day .Summer holidays are up and I have enrolled him in some activitieis locally but he is not at happy .Infact now he has his own room but not oncce he has shown any excitment about it .I today called up a few frds I know locally for a playdate .I know ppl are busy have plans .AIBU ? i sounded so so desparte today .
