To be annoyed by the Marble Arch Mound

Marble Arch is one of the busiest areas in London for rough sleepers. So why the heck are we spending £2 million on rubbish like this when we could be putting it towards any number of better causes - helping people off the streets for one!

Why bother putting something like that there?

Marble Arch already has the arch, Oxford Street, PArk Lane and Hyde Park.

Even if it was built well, why try to pack more people into the area?
