Dog poo thrown over garden gate

Quite upset.
I’ve only lived here for just over a month with my young daughter. We live in a terrace house. Today someone has thrown a bag of tied up dog poo onto over front garden over the fence. We don’t have a dog.
WWYD?

I'd put it in the bin! Do you know who might have done it or why?

Shout if I as there that they are a cunt (coevr the small human's ears) because it's most likely that someone was just a lazy dick and didn't want to carry it to the bin

I have put it in the bin but upset about it! I’ve no idea who’s done it or why. Next door have a dog but not sure why they would throw it over the wall. It seems to have come over the front gate from where it’s landed
