Husband secret drinking

Husband went to take the dog for a 'quick walk' at 9pm, and has just come home drunk, slurring his words, knocking into things, turning the tv on full-blast. Kids are tucked-up in bed. I couldn't get much sense out of him but assuming his dog walk was to the pub. He has form for this. He left his phone at home so I've been worried sick as didn't know if something had happened to him.

I have work in the morning and am now wide awake as so pissed off by his lying and secret drinking again, while he is snoring away next to me.

WIBU to get up early and go and work in a cafe, leaving the childcare to him tomorrow (he is also working from home tomorrow)?

He is an alcoholic who shouldn't drink? And "took the dog for a walk " to get a drink returning home drunk?

Yup, typical alcoholic
If that's what he is. Because you said "again"

So it's a conversation that you're not fooled by " take the dog for a walk " (to the pub) so he's honest or he isn't. If he's not an alcoholic and it's the odd night, then well it's been a loooooonnnnggg lockdown 18 months, let him have his night out
