Have any of you set 'parental controls' or 'digital wellbeing' settings on yourself to try and control your online hours or anything?

I'm doing this.

Sometimes I do cheat like tonight, so the plan is for my friend to set a random password for the Parental Controls or something like that, so I can't override it.

Anyone got any experiences with using stuff like this on yourself?

I have my phone set to bedtime mode between 8pm and 6.30am, where it discourages me from using apps and only allows calls and texts from a handful of people. I override it about half the time and am working on picking up a book or deliberately doing something else like yoga as soon as 8pm rolls around, so I’m not tempted.

I also have limits on social media apps for up to one hour a day, but I rarely get to that anyway. I’m a social media manager so I’ve had my fill of it during work hours usually!
