Ordered gravel from gravel master mid June for delivery on July 5th, that date came and no delivery I called them 4 times was on hold each time for 20 or so minutes no answer. I emailed twice and received no reply.
2 days after my non delivery I sent another email asking them to cancel my order as I had not received my delivery.
A week later I had a reply saying I would have to pay a £50 return fee as the gravel had left them on the 2nd and was at their warehouse.
I don't think I should have to pay, if they had it why didn't they deliver it on time? I have had no end of issue trying to get hold of someone.
AIBU to think it's their cockup and a return fee shouldn't be charged?
