They are giving me the most vicious silent reflux and sore throat, now bearing in mind that I already have reduced swallow due to H&Neck cancer and limited saliva also due to above would AIBU to take the last two but spread them out over four days instead of two. They are one a day.

So finishing the course, but just taking a little longer.

give gp a call ans ask if they can give you some omeprazole or something?

Thanks all, I have found some OMep in the cupboard and when I got out of the shower, I put my big girl pants on told myself it was only two more days.

Try eating some prebiotic yoghurts as well (if you can stomach it). The antibiotics are probably killing off some of the helpful bacteria, not just the bad ones.
