AIBU to be annoyed by neighbours gardeners?

This is not a massive issue in the grand scheme of things I fully appreciate that.

However, and this could just be because of the sweltering hot weather we’ve got right now, I am really annoyed with my neighbours gardeners.

Three pick up trucks have just rocked up at their house. About three or four gardeners have got out and their industrial strength strimmer’s going full bore. Irritates me a bit anyway as they always come on my day off work.

To top it off my neighbour always buggers off in her car when they turn up so doesn’t have to put up with the din.

I think I just needed to vent!

Surely, if the grass if long enough to require strumming, they can't come that often. Just bad timing really.

I'm a gardener. I'd give my right arm to not have to work this week.

I always let my ndn know when the gardeners are coming in case they want to go out.

We have the same issue. I know we ABU, but fuck me, the petrol powered hedge trimmer and strimmer that is on and off and on and off for around 5/6 hours once a week does my head in. He does 4 houses really close to ours, he was out doing the hedges at 8pm the other night.
