Leaving NHS

Considering leaving NHS after paying into pension for 34 years, I'm 52. Am I being unreasonable, my family and colleagues understand I feel I've had enough, but think the effect on my pension is unthinkable. Has anyone done this?

Any chance of moving into private sector for more money?

Also get pension advice to see where you stand. Perhaps early retirement would be an option at 55
