I’m finding it very confusing.
I have had both vaccines and I’m due to fly to Greece in a week. I now don’t need to quarantine, but does anybody know if I will still need to pay for a private pcr and lateral flow test or not? The info everywhere seems to say different things.

Hi. You still need one in Greece before returning and then a PCR on day 2 in UK. Lots of info on TripAdvisor forums. We are going in August - hopefully

You don't need to test on the way out.

You need a test before you return (about €20 in a local clinic for lateral flow) and a PCR on day 2.

It's different for kids and unvaccinated.,

PCR on day 2 in Greece?
I’m only there for 3 nights, just finding it all confusing.

Day 2 on return to UK.

For going out:
Complete a passenger locator form (Greek) available on the Greek tourist website.
Have proof of your vaccination status.

For coming back:
Get a PCR or lateral flow within 72 hours of coming back.
Complete UK passenger locator form.
Do a PCR on or before day 2.
You must book the PCR before you can complete the UK passenger locator form.
