Anyone know why DD, who bought Reading tickets, might have been refunded £3.76 from Ticketmaster with no warning/communication? It's just gone into her account and I can't get hold of anyone, nor have they responded to her emails.
Very confused- it's a fraction of the original £260 ticket purchase, and she didn't buy any add-ons that could account for it. She is still hoping to go with her mates, if it's on, but hasn't happened to them either!
