Kent County Council appear to have persisted with probably illegal RSE packs even when others had stopped using them in the face of legal action and even when eventually withdrawing them not informed schools.

"I'm no expert, but is it normal for a County Council to withdraw legally dodgy policy without telling ANY schools who've adopted the policy that they may now be acting in contravention to Equality Act 2010? And for not a single journalist to notice or care about this story?"

Something can't be "probably illegal" - it either is or isn't. If it is, take them to court and they'll rule against them. It's not illegal until it is.
