Passenger locator forms! Greece. Can’t add the children!!

About to fly to Rhodes this weekend! Wondering if anyone can help? Hopefully this can help others in same situation also.

Trying to fill out the Greek passenger locator form. It says one form per family. But then doesn’t allow me to add my children let alone that they will have tests as they haven’t been vaccinated ( I will be using my vaccine certificate)

Does anyone know how to do this? Will they accept us if we fill out different PLFs for each person?

Sorry to put it in AIbU, I just need urgent help!!

Is it the EU PLF or a specific Greek one? The EU asked for details of minors near the end of the form and you had to tick a box to state you would provide proof of vaccination or negative tests.

Gosh thanks, it’s a Greek specific one, but maybe I’ll just keep going and hope they can be added near the end! Thanks so much

Just tried it again, and it says to submit, but I haven’t been able to add the children. And you have to tick a box to say you’ll only submit one PLF per family. What to do?!

Call the airline?

canary1 · 17/07/2021 13:25

Thanks so much for ideas. The airline only direct you to their online advice, they wouldn’t discuss the form in detail. I’ve now managed to add the children. Only glitch is they asked what form of Covid proof I would have- neg test, vaccination cert. obviously for me it’s the cert. there was nowhere I could see to add the children will have negative tests ( fingers crossed they come back negative anyway! )

Is anyone trying this or have gone to Greece already?

I think you can just show the email confirming their negative status at the airport, I don't think you have to add it to the PLF.

Oh, it’s the banner at the top of the form that’s also a button to add another family member. Google it - that’s how I worked it out.

canary1 · 17/07/2021 16:24

Thanks- does that mean there’s somewhere to add the children’s status ( like an antigen test result) or are you referring only to adding the family members?
I googled it and can’t find anything referring to adding what proof etc they’d need- bit found how to add them.
They don’t make it straightforward!

No, there’s nowhere to add their proof. You don’t need to on the PLF, just add the family members to your form.

Thank you so much, really appreciate this!
(And might be useful info for other people too)

Hi Canary1. I hope you had a great holiday. I presume you are an expert now on the form Smile. I have filled out the form for our family today. I said I was fully vaccinated and the type and date it was done but it doesn't ask what my husband had (he had a different one and on a different day). And I wasn't able to put that my 14 year old hadn't had one. Is it only the details for the person filling out the form they needed and then we provide the paperwork at the airport for the other vaccine and in my daughter's case a negative test. Thanks
