Is it normal for baby with covid to have runny poops

Hi my son is 6months he's recovering very well and becoming more of himself however he's been having loads of runny poops is this normal for babies with covid ?

I believe tummy upset is normal with Covid yes

Yes, when we had what we think was covid in early March 2020 (pre testing but all symptoms and positive antibody test later) the only symptom my one year old had was diarrhoea. Digestive problems common in s children I think.

Has he been having regular Calpol / Ibuprofen liquid? The sugar-free varieties gave my DC the raging trots 💩
