I feel so anxious

I have an appointment on Friday, I was diagnosed with cancer last year and was referred to a specialist who has been checking my scans for the past year. Usually just have a letter telling me they will re scan in 6 months but this time an appointment.
I’m so scared. Anxiety is at a all time high 😢

Might it just be they are now able to see patients in person again? A friend in a similar position has just been called in for a face to face for the first time since Covid started, just to have a proper review.
