To want to be able to sleep in the summer

I'm not the best of sleepers and if I don't sleep well it seems to affect my mood and energy levels considerably.
I thought I'd cracked this sleep thing last December by buying a weighted blanket, sleeping alone, taking magnesium and having a couple of drops of CBD oil with a hot bath every night.
Now the summer is here I'm back to disturbed sleep again.
Has anyone found an really good weighted blanket which doesn't make you hot?
Also a nice cooling pillow and a low cost cooling air unit that they recommend?
Many thanks?

Not a weighted blanket but I've found this very good. It really does have a cooling effect and a pretty colour too. Only problem is that the cooling effect wears off a bit as it 'absorbs' the heat from your body, but when you put it over yourself first it really does feel like you've just switched on the air con.

Thank you IcedPurple. That looks great and thanks for the link.
I really wanted to stick with something weighted most of the time as it helps with relaxation but I may try one of those for very hot days. Good find!

I think the light evenings may not help either so may try those blue blocking glasses and invest in some black out blinds

I've heard that blue light blocking glasses are a waste of money. I have black out blinds but some light gets through around the sides. I wear a lightweight silk sleeping mask which does the job very well.

I'll try the mask. Thanks for your help 😊
