Is this covid or something else ?

Hi guys yesterday around afternoon I started to feel funny like allergies at first but as the time passed I started to feel groggy and my muscles started to hurt and I had a bit of a headache and I only sneezed like 3 times. In the night I started to feel a bit warm but nothing to concerning. Now today I've woken up and my nose is a little blocked but I can still taste and smell I do not have a cough or sore throat and I am not sneezing I just feel run down

I am feeling hot and cold and sweating abit but that's it I took ibuprofen and feel really better. I'm just confused as if it's just a cold why am I not sneezing or coughing

Just worried as I have a 6month old and don't want him to catch anything nasty

Also I have ordered a covid test so waiting for that to arrive

Maybe? Can you pop out and pick up a lateral flow test? Then you dont have to wait for your ordered one. Tbh COVID symptoms seem to rrally vary from person to person so its difficult to say

They can take a while through the post, do you have a drive through test centre you could go to? (That's if you drive)

My daughter feels like that and is off school - she tested negative.
