Friend blowing hot and cold....

For a few months I'm in the good books. Messages exchanged, nights out etc then the next it all goes cold. Messages read but no answer, two word responses or just left completely unread. I don't get it? I'm at the point of just cutting off completely tbh. Would BU doing that? Why do people do this? 😤😤

Depression maybe? I used to know someone who did the same and it was because she was struggling with her mental health

That's a really good point 🤔. I don't think it is though as she's been on nights out etc. Seems to go quiet on me when all's going well with her group of friends (we met through a previous workplace) but then as soon as it goes wrong I'm picked back up. Man I sound like a child in a playground 😂. Just seems a shame to me and I can't quite understand it at our age (38).

I've given people like that the heave to. Life's too short and I'd rather spend my time on people that don't play games like that. I've got a fabulous bunch of enthusiastic, caring friends as a result.
