I decided to change from my usual supermarket to Sainsburys deliveries. One reason was they offer a saver delivery slot, which costs £1 but you get a 4 hour window instead of a 1 hour window.
First time they were still half hour late. I understand these things sometime happen. So I just thought fine, they did at least call to say they would be late.
Today same thing happened, half hour late again. No call this time, and no response when I tried to call.
AIBU to think they shouldn't offer these slots if they can't actually fulfil them? I mean, it's a 4 hour window to choose from so not like they have one hour which to target.
Maybe I'll go back to tesco!
